Job description

Role Summary


We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Intern to support our HR team with basic administrative tasks.

This role is ideal for students or individuals looking to dedicate focused time to gain practical experience in office administration or who need some additional activity.

The role also includes collaboration with international colleagues and supporting various HR projects.

Your Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming physical documents.

  • Manually scan documents and upload them to the electronic filing system (eFile).

  • Organize and maintain the physical archive according to internal procedures.

  • Support in creating diplomas and certificates for employee jubilees.

  • Collaborate with colleagues from the India entity and other international teams

Experience and education



  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office.

  • Strong English skills, written and spoken, with at least C1 level proficiency

  • Reliability, independence, and proactive attitude.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
